A3:We will send you a proforma invoice for you,we will keep update and keep in touch with you before shipping. when we have stock we will ship in 2-3 days.
Q4:When we get the goods, there are broken items, what should i do?
A4:We have our own QC deparment check every pieces of the jewelry before shipping, so when there is any questions about the quality,pls contact us once with pictures of the damages and we will help you to resolve the issue.
